Farm To You

Our year-round, vertical hydroponic farms are designed to fulfill your fresh, locally-grown produce needs. Our farm is a controlled environment farm housed within an up-cycled shipping container.  We use LED lights to simulate sunlight for our plants and a closed-loop, hydroponic, drip-irrigation watering system to provide a constant supply of nutrient rich water.  Efficient recycling allows us to conserve water and use just 10% of conventional farming practices.  Our plants flourish inside our Freight Farm because they are in a consistent, optimized growing environment.   

CEA is an approach to farming that allows for year-round production inside an enclosed structure and enables farmers to optimize plant growing conditions from seed to harvest.  We grow 365 days a year and the harshest New England weather has no affect on our farm.  We grow through the summer and when it's snowing, we are growing.

Each farm can produce up to 1000 heads of leafy greens, hearty greens and herbs each week.  We work with you to determine the scale of your project and develop a program that fits your needs.  We can provide and operate single farms, multiple farms, stacked farms, or smaller scale hydroponic gardens.

We grow a variety of leafy greens, hearty greens, herbs and flowers. Our greens are grown without the use of GMO's and topical sprays. Everything we grow is hyper-local, meaning grown and consumed within the same community.  We initiate a direct, traceable, transparent food supply chain by distributing our fresh produce directly to where it will be consumed.
